Dreaming of an Aussie Christmas

In Australia we don't dream of white Christmases, we hope for a waterside Christmas- and I had a perfect one this year.

Lots of fun
There was lots of delicious food too of course, but somewhat strangely for me I forgot to photograph it. Might have something to do with that French for breakfast!

Ooh, a waterside Christmas sounds perfect to me! We just moved from Florida to Virginia Beach, and I do miss the weather, but I miss the Florida beaches in North Florida. Tourists never visit a North Florida beach (they always go to the South or the Gulf Coast), so it's always peaceful. This just makes me happy to look at the water!

Have a safe and Happy New Year!

That is my kind of Christmas! We were at the in-laws in Florida this year and headed to the beach after opening presents. Best Christmas ever!

Looks like a lovely day. I was wondering where the food and the barbeque grill were!

Very nice photos! We've had very little snow this year, so we almost had a green Christmas. It would still have been cold, though. Maybe one day I'll travel to a place where it's guaranteed...like Australia.

Happy New Year.

I'd take a waterside Christmas over a white Christmas any day. I'm glad yours was so wonderful!
